SMS and WhatsApp credits
Premium includes 200 messages a month. Extra credits are billed through Shopify at country rates, from $0.06 per SMS. Set a cap so you're never surprised.
Billing questions
What happens to my bookings if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Services over the limit are set to inactive so customers can't book them, and every existing booking stays in Booking manager. Go Premium again and they switch straight back on.
Can I take deposits on Free?
No. Deposits and collecting the balance need Premium, because they run on Shopify Selling Plans and draft-order invoices that Booknatic manages for you. Free supports full payment at checkout and no-payment bookings.
Is there a booking limit?
No. Both plans take unlimited bookings. The only limit is how many services you can sell at once — one on Free, six on Premium.
Do I pay Booknatic directly?
No. Charges run through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your regular Shopify invoice in USD, every 30 days or every 365 days on yearly.
