SMS & WhatsApp reminders — usage add-on
Premium includes 200 message credits each month. Extra credits are billed through Shopify as usage charges at country rates, starting at $0.06 per SMS in the US. Set a monthly cap so you're never surprised.
Billing questions
What happens to my bookings if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Services over the new limit are set to inactive so customers can't book them, and existing bookings stay visible and manageable in Booking manager. Reactivate them any time by upgrading again.
How is the booking count measured?
A booking counts once when it is created, on the calendar month it was created in. Reschedules, cancellations and no-shows don't add to the count, and the counter resets on the first day of each month in your store timezone.
Can I keep deposits on the Free plan?
No. Deposits, partial payment and collecting the remaining balance need Basic, because they rely on Shopify Selling Plans and draft-order invoices that Booknatic manages for you. Free supports full payment at checkout and no-payment bookings.
Do I pay Booknatic directly?
No. Charges go through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your regular Shopify invoice in USD, billed every 30 days or every 365 days for yearly plans.
Which plan do I need for a rental business?
Basic. It covers the rental essentials — delivery, pickup and shipping, minimum and maximum rental days, per-duration pricing, deposits and return tracking with on-time or late verdict. Move to Premium when you add staff, more than one language, or bulk imports.

Today app_pricing_plan.featuresLimit only carries EFeaturesLimit.BOOKING_RULE. This page needs the enum extended and a guard on each listed module. Quantity keys hold a number, capability keys hold a boolean.
